L'Ancienne Mairie was originally the Mairie of the hamlet. Built in stone, it has recently been refurbished and retains much of its original charm with comfortable furnishings and pretty rooms.
The terrace has gorgeous views of the river and valley and ample space for al-fresco dining and sunbathing. Steps lead down to its private swimming pool surrounded by hedges and borders.
A double sided fireplace sits between the kitchen and salon which is furnished with sofas and armchairs. The kitchen is fully fitted and well equipped with large dining table. There is a separate downstairs loo. The floor throughout is of soft coloured terra cotta tiles and rugs.
There are two pretty twin bedded rooms with fitted wardrobes and painted furniture which share a bathroom. The spacious double bedroom also has a fitted wardrobe and benefits from its own ensuite bathroom. Floors throughout are wood with rugs and the new bathrooms have wooden floors and tiled walls.
This house maybe booked on its own or in conjunction with other properties at Les Milandes.
