In order to process a booking the following information may be required;
Full name, postal address, telephone number, email address, credit card details, bank name, bank sort code and bank account number.
How is this personal information used?
This personal information is used to make your reservation (and a reservation for any other members in your party). It may also be used to issue the refund of a deposit. (Please read our Terms & Conditions for information on refunds and cancellations.)
Credit & debit card details will only be stored for the purpose of taking legitimate payment for services provided.
If you elect to tick the box on our Guest Booking Form to receive our email newsletter this will be emailed to the address given. Every email newsletter contains clear instructions on how to unsubscribe. Alternatively, please contact us by phone, email or letter to unsubscribe.

This company will have their own strict, confidentiality rules.
